The Fairfield Garden Products Harvester Garden Basket is a quality hand made product. The wood portions of this basket are made of cedar and is designed to be super light weight. Cedar has incredible capabilities to be light weight, strong and resistant to both water and garden soil. Linseed oil is used to bring out the grain of the cedar wood and further assist the wood in resisting water. The basket body is made of Ploy-coated (black) hardware cloth. This allows you to rinse your harvest right in the basket. All the hardware is either stainless steel or coated steel to resist rusting. The unique fold down handle makes loading, unloading and washing of your harvest, an easy task. Use this basket for harvesting, foraging through the woods, or collecting sea shells on the beach. This basket weighs only1-3/4 lbs. You can Take it anywhere.
